Shokubutsu 88-days HUAT-ness 2021

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Step 1 – Purchase any Shokubutsu product worth RM8 in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) from 1st January 2021 to 28th February 2021. Every purchase of RM8 is entitled to one (1) entry. Every increment of RM8 purchases will increase the number of entries. 

BONUS: For every RM50 purchased in a single receipt, participants will get two (2) additional entries. For example, for every purchase of RM68 in a single receipt, participants will be entitled to ten (10) entries.

Step 2 – Download the BrandCode App for free and press ‘Activities’ followed by ‘Shokubutsu 88 days HUAT-ness 2021’. Click ‘JOIN NOW’ to participate.

Step 3 – Fill in personal details and attach your Proof of Purchase. Click ‘JOIN NOW’ to submit your entry.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the Shokubutsu 88-days HUAT-ness 2021 (“Contest”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: –

  1. The Contest is organized by Southern Lion Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”) and is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above (as of 2021), except for the employees of the Organizer, including their immediate family members, their business partners, affiliated companies, suppliers/ distributors, promotion / advertising / public relations agencies and other parties involved in organising this Contest.
  2. This Contest starts on 1st January 2021, 00:00am and ends on 28th February 2021, 11:59pm (“Contest Period”). 
  3. The Organizer reserves the rights to cancel or change the closing date of the Contest Period as well as to alter the contest mechanics at any time without notice. 
  4. The participating product is: Total Shokubutsu
  5. Contest Prizes (“Prizes”):
    1. First Prize       –  RM10, 384 x 1 winner (RM118 x 88 days of FORTUNE x 1 winner)
    2. Second Prize  –  RM5,984 x 2 winners (RM68 x 88 days of FORTUNE x 2 winners)
    3. Third Prize      –  RM3,344 x 6 winners (RM38 x 88 days of FORTUNE x 6 winners)
    4. Fourth Prize   –  RM1,584 x 8 winners (RM18 x 88 days of FORTUNE x 8 winners)
    5. Daily Prize      –  RM88 x 6 winners daily, for 59 days.
  6. Selection of winners: –
    1. Winners (“Shortlisted Participants”) for all the prizes will be selected randomly through a computer-generated system.
    2. One (1x) First Prize winner will be selected from the total eligible entries at the end of Contest Period.
    3. Two (2x) Second Prize winners will be selected from the total eligible weekly entries from selected weeks (total 2 second prizes during the Contest Period).
    4. Six (6x) Third Prize winners will be selected from the total eligible weekly entries from selected weeks (total 6 third prizes during the Contest Period).
    5. Eight (8) Fourth Prize winner will be selected from the total eligible weekly entries. Fourth Prize x 1 winner weekly x 8 weeks (total of 8 fourth prizes during the Contest Period).

      Week 5 – 1st Feb 2021 – 7th Feb 2021

      Week 6 – 8th Feb 2021 – 14th Feb 2021

      Week 7 – 15th Feb 2021 – 21st Feb 2021

      Week 8 – 22nd Feb 2021 – 28th Feb 2021

    7. 354 Daily Prize winners will be selected from eligible daily entries: Daily Prize 6 winners per day x 59 days (total 354 daily prizes during Contest Period).
    8. Shortlisted Participants will be contacted via telephone and/or WhatsApp with maximum of three (3) attempts. In the event that any Shortlisted Participants could not be contacted, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the Shortlisted Participant with the next name on the list.
    9. Prizes will be awarded via online banking transaction based on personal details provided by the Participant. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide a correct and valid bank name, account number details. The Organizer shall not be liable if the particulars provided by the Participant are found to be incorrect.
  7. Participants are capped to one win each, per individual, on the First, Second, Third and Fourth Prizes. There is no cap on the daily prizes.
  8. First Prize will be presented within thirty (30) working days after the Contest Period ends. Second Prize, Third Prize and Fourth Prize will be processed within seven (7) working days after the winner is announced.
  9. Daily Prize will be presented within seven (7) working days after the Daily Prize the list winners is announced.
  10. Each individual participant may submit any number of entries. Only entries with a valid “Proof of Purchase” will be considered for the prizes.
  11. The winner for First Prize will be announced within five (5) working days after the Contest Period ends. Second Prize, Third Prize and Fourth Prize will be announced within three (3) working days after the Weekly Period ends. The list of Daily Prize winners will be announced within one (1) working days after the Daily Contest Period ends in BrandCode App and BrandCode Official Facebook Page.
  12. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
  13. The Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to provide an alternative prize of an equivalent value without prior notice. Prize is non-transferable.
  14. Organizer reserves the rights to disqualify any entry without prior notice if:
    1. the same receipt is being submitted for different entries; 
    2. entries are incomplete, unreadable, late, and without proper Proof of Purchase or inadequate Proof of Purchase. 
  15. All Proof of Purchases submitted for the Contest will be the property of the Organizer.
  16. By participating in this Contest, the Participants agree and have given the Organizer the rights to publish and/or display particulars and/or photos of winners in print media and electronic media for the purpose of advertising, publicity and winner announcement without any royalty and/or compensation. 
  17. Any expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest, to claim the prize and/or to attend prize giving ceremony, is the sole responsibility of the winner. Participants agree to bear full liability and responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, claim and/or accident incurred caused by their participation in this Contest. 
  18. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the terms and conditions set herein without any prior notice. All matters relation to this Contest is final and binding on all Participants of this Contest, and no correspondence will be entertained. 
  19. NOTICE UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010 This written notice (“Notice”) serves to inform you that your personal data is being processed by or on behalf of Southern Lion Sdn. Bhd. (“SL” or “we” or “us”). Furthermore, by participating in this campaign, you hereby consent to the processing of your personal data by SL in the manner as specified in this Notice. We shall be processing the personal data that you have provided us with, such as your name, national identity card number, contact number, address and any other information that we have requested from you for the contest submission. SL will be processing your personal data, including any additional information you may subsequently provide to SL, for the purposes of the Contest and contacting you (if necessary). The personal data that you provide us may be disclosed to our service provider(s) for the aforementioned purposes. The service provider(s) include the appointed vendors organizing, managing or operating the Contest. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal data is kept up to date.
