SHOKUBUTSU WORLD BATHING MONTH GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
By participating in the Shokubutsu World Bathing Month Giveaway “Campaign”, you (“Participant”) agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions: –
1. Organizer and Eligibility
The “Shokubutsu World Bathing Month Giveaway” (the “Campaign”) organised by Southern Lion Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 198401014562) (the “Organiser”) is only open to individual citizens and permanent legal residents of West Malaysia, who are Eighteen (18) years of age or older (as of January 2022), as of the beginning of the Campaign. Employees of Organiser and Administrator (both defined below), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives and agents of Organiser, and each of their respective immediate families and household members (collectively the “Campaign Entities”) are not eligible to enter this Campaign.
This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta and the Campaign Entities, and all Entrants release Meta from any liability in connection with this Campaign. By entering, Entrants hereby agree to look solely to Organizer with any comments or issues. It is further understood that Entrant is providing personal information to the Organizer through its Administrator, (defined below), and not to Meta. To participate in this Campaign, each Entrant will be subject to the Organizer’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy where applicable. However, your use of the Meta Platforms may also subject you to the Meta Terms and Conditions (http://www.facebook.com/terms.php) and Privacy Policy (http://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.php). Please read these terms before entering. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not enter the Campaign.
2. Campaign Period
Campaign starts on 10th June 2022 and ends on 21st June 2022, 23:59hr (“Campaign Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to close registration without prior notice.
3. How to Participate
‘Participant’ must fulfil the below criteria to stand a chance to win the Campaign:
- Click the Google Form link on campaign post.
- Answer the question correctly.
- Fill in details for prize delivery purpose.
Only the authorized account holder registered under the email address (who completed the act of entering) may participate in the Campaign and/or be eligible for a Prize (each an “Entrant” and collectively “Entrants”). Limit of one (1) registration per entrant. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) registration by using multiple/different Google accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute pertaining to any registration, the authorised account holder of the Google account used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or participant. Each potential winner may be required to show proof in the form of their Identification Card of being the authorized account holder.
The Business Page’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this campaign. In the event of any dispute pertaining to the identity of any Entrant, the relevant Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorised account holder of the applicable email address used to enter.
4. Winners and Prizes
4.1 Winner Selection
i) Winners will be selected randomly according to Organizer’s selection method and will each receive Shokubutsu Body Wash 40ml (x2) in an exclusive Shokubutsu Pouch, up to 1,000 winners only.
ii) Winners are limited to winning one (1) prize and the next entry to be selected as winner if the chosen winner does not have complete information or submitted more than once.
iii) The Organiser’s decision on the selection and determination of the winners is final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protests will be entertained.

The Prize winner(s) may not substitute any Prize or redeem any non-monetary Prize for money. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any Prize (or Prize component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value. Organiser is responsible only for delivery of each Prize and is not responsible for Prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with acceptance and use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
Winners will begin receiving the prizes by stages starting from one (1) month after the campaign has ended. The Organizer/appointed agency may ask for your personal information for verification purposes and/or to arrange for delivery of the prize to receive their products prizes, including their Full Name, Mobile #, Mailing address and Email. All product prizes are not transferable to any third party.
5. Liability
The Organizer will not be responsible or liable for:
a) Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Participant, or their authorized representatives resulting from their participation in the Campaign.
b) Any error (including error in notification of Campaign winner), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, Internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorized access to entries, PC suspended whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
6. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the campaign, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Campaign Terms and Conditions and/or the Organizer. Terms of Use Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained.
7. Disclaimer
The ‘Organizer’ receives and processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA when you provide personal data to this ‘Campaign’.
The Organizer may transfer personal information (including but not limited to, name, address, contact numbers, IC numbers) to the service provider(s) for the purposes of administering the campaign and contacting Participants, solely for this Campaign only. ‘Participant’ acknowledges and have agreed to our terms and conditions upon participation in the campaign by allowing the Organizer in collecting, using and processing your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA for the following purposes:
• Sending information related to online promotions, campaigns, and events, and related to our marketing activities, unless you have indicated to us that you do not wish for us to process your personal data for such purposes;
• Using information for marketing and statistical analysis for planning and demo-graphical use;
• Complying with local law and regulatory requirements or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities;
• Any other purposes related to our marketing activities.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE
Your personal data including your name and contact details (“Personal Data”) which you have provided to Southern Lion Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”) in your application to participate in the Shokubutsu World Bathing Month Giveaway (“Campaign”) will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed by us for purposes relating to the administration of the Campaign and for related advertising, publicity, marketing and our other legitimate business purpose (“Purpose”).
Please be informed that your Personal Data may be disclosed to our affiliates, service providers and relevant business partners such as public relations agencies, market research firms, advertising agencies (if any) for the Purpose and as permitted by applicable data privacy laws. In addition, you will appreciate that we are part of the Southern Lion Sdn. Bhd. which operates in multiple jurisdictions. Accordingly, access to the Personal Data may be granted to other entities within the Southern Lion Sdn. Bhd. and maybe transferred out of Malaysia for their processing of your Personal Data for any of the foregoing Purposes, if required.
You may request access to or correction of the Personal Data or limit the processing of the Personal Data at any time hereafter by submitting such a request to us via Shokubutsu Malaysia Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ShokubutsuMalaysia. Please note that it will be necessary for you to provide all of the Personal Data, without which we will not be able to process the same for the Purpose including our obtaining your feedback. By submitting your Personal Data for this campaign, you consent to the processing and transfer (if required) of your Personal Data by us.
